Job summary
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to drive commercial activities for defined geographies, build relationships with clinicians, and promote AUVELITY for major depressive disorder. The role blends field-based and digital engagement to maximize patient access and optimize payer interactions.
Candidates should have 5+ years in field sales or account management, CNS/psychiatry experience preferred, and reside within the territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years field customer experience and/or account management
- Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience (CNS)
- 5 years of top performance in pharma/biotech/medical sales
- Launch experience preferred
- Must live in territory
Responsibilities
- Execute commercial activities for assigned geographies
- Establish relationships with customers in clinics/hospitals
- Promote AUVELITY within labeling guidelines
- Develop territory business plans to meet/exceed goals
- Engage via digital channels and live engagements
- Manage payer policies and processes support
- Provide feedback to leadership on market changes
- Attend congresses/meetings as needed
- Ensure timely access for patients via services and savings programs
