Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to execute commercial activities for assigned geographies and promote AUVELITY for major depressive disorder in adults. This field-based role will require access to clinics and hospitals while engaging customers through digital channels.

You will lead territory planning, build strong customer relationships, and serve as a resource on payer policies and processes. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management.
• 5 years of consistent top performance in the pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales space.
• Psychiatry/CNS experience strongly preferred.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements.
• Develop a territory business plan to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Promote products in accordance with labeling and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
• Serve as a resource on payer policies and processes.
• Maximize use of marketing resources to grow prescribing confidence.
