Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to grow territory sales and strengthen customer relationships in Michigan. You will promote products, develop strategic call plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address provider needs.

A strong clinical/product knowledge base and remote collaboration skills are required, with a focus on compliant communications. The role includes regional travel within Rochester Hills, Port Huron, Auburn Hills and Clinton

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of professional sales or related experience.
Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Drives sales in assigned territory.
Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
Develops and executes territory call plans; implements live/virtual engagement strategies.
Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual settings; uses digital tools effectively.
Uses internal reports and analytics to identify business opportunities.
Educates providers on product value using disease state knowledge while remaining compliant.
Demonstrates teamwork across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
Completes all administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
