Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience-focused Health & Science Professional to increase territory sales through strategic customer engagement in Rochester Hills, Port Huron, Auburn Hills, and Clinton Township. The role requires strong product knowledge, relationship building, and virtual as well as in-person interactions within a regulated environment.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, salary range of $76,000–$199,600 plus quarterly incentives, and relocation considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or related roles.
Experience in healthcare/pharma sales or related marketing desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work in a regulated environment and comply with company policies.
Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record; reside within 25 miles of territory.

Responsibilities

Drive sales in the assigned territory.
Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
Develop and execute territory call plans and engagement strategies.
Build relationships with customers and effectively use digital tools for engagement.
Leverage internal reports to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
Educate providers on product value with compliant, disease state knowledge.
Collaborate across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
