Job summary

Pfizer in the United States seeks a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to grow territory sales and deepen customer relationships. You will promote products, analyze data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to advance Pfizer objectives while maintaining compliance and effectiveness in messaging.

The role requires strong disease-state knowledge, excellent communication, and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
2+ years in professional sales or marketing or 6+ years with associate degree or 8+ years with high school diploma.
Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Drives sales in assigned territory.
Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
Develops and implements territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies.
Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments; uses digital tools effectively.
Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities.
Educates providers on product value and disease state information.
Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
Completes all administrative tasks on time.
