Job summary

Pfizer in the United States is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to increase territory sales and strengthen accounts by promoting Pfizer neurology products and implementing strategic plans in Michigan.

The role requires strong product and disease-state knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. A base salary plus quarterly incentive is offered, with relocation support possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and relevant experience in sales/promotional activity or healthcare roles.
• Experience with territory management and customer engagement is preferred.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border and have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develops and implements call plans and engagement strategies to maximize impact.
• Builds rapport with customers and uses digital tools effectively for engagement.
• Uses analytics to identify and develop strategic opportunities.
• Delivers education on product value and disease states to providers.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
