Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive sales in the Rochester Hills, Port Huron, Auburn Hills, and Clinton Township territory. The role requires strong product and disease-state knowledge, customer engagement skills, and the ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

The position offers base salary with a quarterly incentive, comprehensive benefits, and relocation consideration. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 2+ years in professional sales or promotional activity, or an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience, or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.).
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid US driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in the assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territory call plans to maximize impact.
• Builds rapport with customers using live and digital engagement tools.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Educates providers on product value with compliant disease state information.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
