Job summary

Pfizer’s Neuroscience Health and Science Professional is a field sales role focused on growing territory sales in the Rochester Hills region. You will engage healthcare providers both in person and virtually, leveraging disease-state knowledge and Pfizer resources to promote branded and unbranded therapies.

The position blends remote work with field activity and requires strong collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 2+ years in professional sales or healthcare/science roles preferred.
• Experience in sales/promotional activity and customer engagement.
• Experience with territory management and account development is a plus.
• Must live within 25 miles of territory boundary and maintain valid driver's license.
• No DUI/DWI in past 7 years or as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territory call plans.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments.
• Uses internal reports to identify opportunities and strategy.
• Educates providers on product value and disease state information.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
