Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools and to coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams under established guidelines.

The role focuses on local care delivery and improving patient experiences. The position involves proactive outreach to HCPs, organizing speaker programs, and elevating market insights to inform local strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement experience.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., NP, PA, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare providers (HCPs) through in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Direct customers to other colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with local market insights.
