Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, offering on-label information and product expertise. You will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to strengthen local engagement and strategic planning.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, thought leadership, and compliant discussions that inform patient care and business goals within the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., NP, PA, RN).

Responsabilidades

• Engage HCPs proactively on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Use virtual or digital tools to engage customers and coordinate with colleagues (e.g., CSS).
• Organize speaker programs and local provider group discussions with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Elevate insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
