Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers with in-person, virtual, and digital tools, offering product expertise and approved information.

The role reports to Area Business Lead, coordinating with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to inform local strategy and business goals. Reaching out proactively to HCPs and elevating insights are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals (HCPs) on topics such as product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions on experiences and outcomes with local/regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
