Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or related healthcare sales.
• Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams.
• Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with credentialing requirements of healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership – use data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy & tactics, allocate resources to enhance sales execution.
• Selling – deliver clear, compelling messages to customers, probe needs, handle objections, and close with a commitment to action.
• Customer Development – build and maintain productive relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise – map trends and priorities to uncover opportunities.
• Reimbursement – stay informed on payer dynamics and address access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance – adhere to regulatory requirements and Lundbeck policies.
