Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio across East Texas. You will lead sales strategies, apply clinical knowledge, and build productive relationships with primary care and neurology stakeholders.

Travel and field presence are required to cover Longview and surrounding markets. The role demands 2–5 years in biopharma sales, strong communication, adaptability, and a drive to exceed targets within territory constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2–5 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience or related healthcare sales.
• Must demonstrate the ability to ace product knowledge exams annually.
• Strong work ethic, tenacity, and excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and drive sales strategies.
• Develop and execute business plans and account leadership across territory.
