Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on brain health, seeks a dynamic Account Manager for the Harrisburg, PA territory. You will promote our psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in pharma or related healthcare sales, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to navigate market complexities in primary care and neurology settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 2–5 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease/product training exams.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, tenacity and communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced team environment.
• Strong analytical and data skills for setting short/long-term goals.
• Must live within 40 miles of the territory and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and account leadership using digital tools and data-driven insights.
• Deliver compelling messages to customers, assess needs, handle objections, and close with action.
• Build and maintain productive internal/external relationships with a total office approach when applicable.
• Apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities in primary care and neurology settings.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues using company resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
