Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Neurosciences Progressive Care Unit seeks an experienced RN to deliver neurological care in a progressive care setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and advance best practices.

As part of the NPCU, you will care for patients with stroke, neurosurgical conditions and seizures, coordinating with physicians, APPs, therapists and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for neuroscience patients in a progressive care setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, therapists and case managers.
• Apply evidence-based practice and participate in continuing education.
• Support shared governance and maintain quality patient-centered care.
