Qualifications

• RN required and licensed.
• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Strong unit leadership and patient care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Provide coaching and training to staff for performance and engagement.
• Manage staff scheduling and patient rounding as needed.
• Mentor and guide new nurses.
