Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care.
• Completes initial assessment and develops plan of care with unit standards.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions; modifies plan based on evaluation.
• Ensure patient and employee safety; communicates to resolve issues.
