Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neurosciences Progressive Care Unit (NPCU) in Massachusetts. The NPCU cares for patients with complex neurological/neurosurgical needs requiring heightened monitoring but not ICU care.

You will collaborate with physicians, APPs, therapists, and case managers to promote outcomes. We offer a 4-week Day/Night rotation, every 3rd weekend, self-scheduling, and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
Current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
BLS certification from American Heart Association.
ACLS certification; 1 year RN ED/CC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide safe patient care with organized delivery of quality care.
Develop culturally competent plan of care with expected outcomes.
Perform systematic patient and family assessments relevant to practice settings.
Deliver age-appropriate care and evaluate outcomes.
