Qualifications

• Enrolled in nursing education program and/or CNA/PCT certification as required.
• Direct patient care experience and/or certification programs completed or in progress.
• Basic patient transfer and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with transferring patients between beds, wheels, or stretchers.
• Deliver meals and assist with feeding; monitor patient needs and respond promptly.
• Educate and train new staff members on Care Team Associate duties.
