Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in account management or reimbursement in a provider setting.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate field personnel on reimbursement processes and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to address access barriers.
• Lead education and issue resolution with healthcare providers.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of coverage, coding, and payer policies.
