Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, managed care, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on reimbursement processes, coding, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and sales teams to address access barriers.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment within the local team.
• Perform field-based reimbursement support with on-site provider interactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across assigned accounts.
