Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorizations.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, prior authorization, coding, appeals).
• Relationship-building across matrix orgs.
• Problem-solving in access scenarios and finding timely solutions.
• Excellent communication and follow-through in written and verbal form.
• Experience with patient support HUB services.
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Permanent residence in territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
• Stay informed on market dynamics and hub/special distribution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical science and PECS on education.
