Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (healthcare or business/public administration) required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in reimbursement or managed care experience.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
• Valid US driver’s license and permanent residence in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support to serve as access and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Travel up to 75% and build trust-based customer relationships.
• Work with IPA/HC payer policies and hub partners on access solutions.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and annual business planning.
• Stay current on market dynamics and reimbursement trends.
