Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education and issue resolution for HCPs on patient access to J&J therapies. This role requires up to 50% on-site time with providers across OK/TX territories, driving reimbursement knowledge and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work to resolve affordability challenges, partner with managed care, and build strong relationships with customers to improve access across payer types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business/public administration (MBA/ MPH preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy & bill, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience in revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient access.
• Address urgent access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field reimbursement and access support and education.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers across accounts.
• Plan territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics, coverage, and coding requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels for patient support.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical, and PECS to educate on access and affordability.
