Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the St. Louis, MO territory. The role focuses on patient access, education for healthcare providers, and collaboration with PECS and other teams.

The FRM will spend up to 50% on-site with providers, helping them navigate reimbursement and access to Janssen therapies. The role requires strong knowledge of pharma reimbursement, excellent communication, and travel up to 75% of the time; neuroscience experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience in provider offices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate payer policy and education needs.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and act as access/fulfillment expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with internal teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management.
• Address urgent access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access education and problem-solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and payer requirements.
• Grow hub and specialty distribution channel knowledge.
• Collaborate across J&J departments as SME on access/affordability.
