Qualifications

• MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, access, or account management within provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, key account managers, and field-support teams.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers across assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and annual planning.
