The FRM will educate providers on reimbursement, codes, and access strategies, with up to 50% on-site time in a dynamic neuroscience portfolio. The role requires strong account management and payer knowledge, collaboration across PECS and sales teams, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Proven account management experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong analytical reasoning and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, medical and PECS teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and payer requirements.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field support teams.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Build relationships with customers to support access to therapies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve access and affordability.
