Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Nashville, TN territory. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, collaborate with field teams, and address access and affordability challenges for patients.

The role requires strong knowledge of payers, coding, and prior authorizations, with travel up to 75% across Tennessee including Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement or managed care within provider settings.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
