Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Birmingham, AL territory, including Jackson, MS. The role focuses on educating HCPs about reimbursement, assisting with access, and resolving payer challenges across neuroscience therapies.

The candidate will work on-site up to 50% and travel extensively to support providers, with strong collaboration across marketing, sales, medical science, and PECS teams to ensure compliant and efficient patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement or managed care preferred.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel.
• Ability to build relationships across matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate clinicians and staff on reimbursement processes, coding, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and account managers on access initiatives.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment for local accounts and providers.
• Analyze data to address access barriers and optimize patient pathways.
• Travel up to 75% to support education and access activities.
