Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine PECS team is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Birmingham, AL territory, covering nearby regions. The role focuses on education, access, and issue resolution with healthcare providers to ensure patient access to Neuroscience therapies.

Up to 75% travel within the territory is expected. You will work with multiple stakeholders to resolve reimbursement challenges, implement payer strategies, and strengthen customer partnerships while adhering to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration (MBA/MPH preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Account management or reimbursement experience in provider offices, building strong customer relationships.
Experience with pharmacy and medical buy & bill, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals.

Responsibilities

Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and payer coding requirements.
Collaborate with field support and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
Address access barriers using data and proactive account management.
Maintain knowledge of national and local payer policies and market dynamics.
