Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, coding, prior authorization).
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Problem-solving to navigate access scenarios and deliver solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with patient support HUB services.
• Valid US driver's license and driving record.
• Permanent residence in the listed territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement, claims, coding, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access expert for local team.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers proactively.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support and problem solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and coverage requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distributions for patient support.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical science, and PECS; educate on access and affordability.
• Execute business with high ethical, legal, and compliance standards; complete required training.
