Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Columbus, OH territory, including Detroit, MI. You will educate providers on reimbursement processes, address access barriers, and collaborate with field support teams to optimize patient access to Janssen therapies.

This field-based role requires up to 75% travel, on-site engagement with healthcare professionals, and a strong track record in managed care or reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 5+ years of reimbursement or market access experience.
• Experience with payer policies, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on reimbursement processes, coding, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field support to address access barriers and education needs.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Use data to proactively resolve patient access issues.
• Travel to on-site engagements with healthcare professionals up to 75%.
• Build relationships across payers, hubs, and internal teams.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay current on national, regional, and local payer policies.
