Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals using in-person, virtual, and digital tools.

You will serve as primary contact for HCP customers and coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to address on-label information and strategic needs. Responsibilities include guiding conversations, organizing speaker programs, and elevating market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement experience.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., NP, PA, RN) with patient-facing, medical education, or therapy-focused responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical information and translate data into practical value propositions, with ethical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Personally engage customers through various virtual or digital tools.
• Direct customers to other colleagues, such as CSS, as needed.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Facilitate speaker programs to share knowledge and insights.
• Organize local provider groups for discussions with local/regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with market insights.
• Collaborate with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Act on insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
