Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and patient care guidance.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to inform local strategy and drive insights for business planning. The role requires discussing complex clinical information, supporting speaker programs, and building relationships with office staff and key providers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years pharma or medical device sales experience; or 3+ years B2B outside sales in regulated/clinical/customer-engagement fields; 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively outreach to health care professionals on product access and on-label information.
  • Engage customers via virtual or digital tools; coordinate with ecosystem colleagues as needed.
  • Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider group discussions.
  • Ensure العملاء requests are met and gather feedback on engagement quality.
  • Collaborate with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
  • Translate insights from customer-facing roles into local strategy and business goals.
