Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, sharing approved content to support patient care in the U.S.

You will lead proactive outreach, coordinate with Medical, Market Access and Patient Support teams, and translate clinical information into practical value propositions for HCPs, driving local strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information and comply with regulatory standards

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs through virtual or in-person interactions
• Direct customers to internal specialists as needed
• Solicit feedback on engagement quality and drive improvements
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider group discussions
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans
