Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, offering expertise on products and approved conditions to support patient care.

Reporting to the Area Business Lead and working with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams, you will lead local speaker programs, coordinate provider groups, gather insights, and advance compliant engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated environments
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Personally engage customers through virtual or digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with local/regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with local market insights.
