Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, sharing on-label information and product knowledge to improve patient care.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead and collaborates with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to address customer needs and inform local strategy and plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• 3+ years B2B or equivalent outside sales in regulated/clinical/customer engagement.
• 2+ yearsClinical healthcare with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Personally engage customers through virtual or digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues as needed.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with market insights.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Act on insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
