Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, and to coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve patient care. You will guide customers and escalate insights to the Area Business Lead to shape local strategy.

The role requires strong clinical communication skills and the ability to work in a regulated environment within a defined sales territory, including travel within a commutable distance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience in regulated environments
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities
• Ability to translate complex clinical information into practical value propositions

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed to meet requests.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and goals.
