Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and product support to improve patient care.

You will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams, organize local provider groups, and lead outreach efforts to inform local strategy while ensuring compliant, ethical engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or 3+ years of B2B outside sales in regulated environments
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information and translate data into value propositions

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs through in-person, virtual, and digital channels
• Direct customers to internal resources (e.g., CSS) as needed
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups
• Elevate opportunities and market insights to Area Business Lead for local strategy
• Collaborate with ecosystem teams to adjust targeting and call plans
