Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior District Business Manager in Greenville, SC to lead a team of TASs, drive cardiovascular portfolio adoption, and deliver patient-focused outcomes in a field-based role.

You will coach a 6-10 TASs, align with Commercial, Medical, and Field Access partners, and champion new digital tools such as CE^3 analytics to enhance call planning and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years pharma experience.
• Experience as a District Business Manager or leading high-performing teams.
• Pharma experience including reimbursement, access and distribution understanding.
• Proven track record of leading and developing talent.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach TASs on competencies and learning objectives; conduct ride-alongs as needed.
• Own TASs learning journey and ensure continuous improvement of core skills.
• Champion CE^3 analytics adoption and other digital tools for engagement.
• Lead strategic district planning, promo and budget initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
