Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States (ND) seeks a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional to execute and promote products in the assigned territory, aligning with sales strategy and driving adoption among healthcare providers.

You will collaborate with the District Sales Manager, analyze local market data, manage budgets and travel, ensure reimbursement, and build advocacy channels while meeting credentialing and compliance requirements. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with GPA > 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Self-starter with goal- and results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy for product promotion.
• Analyze local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in territory.
• Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competition, and reimbursement.
• Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation in territory.
• Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with target audiences.
• Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
• Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
• Manage travel and promotional budget.
• Complete monitoring and reporting using approved systems.
• Maintain full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Meet healthcare provider/customer facility credentialing requirements.
