Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced field-based pharma sales professional to promote Neurology/Neuroscience products across a defined territory.

You will educate physicians, build long-term relationships, and drive territory growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration. Expect a Monday–Friday field schedule with occasional evenings and weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years pharma/biotech experience; 3+ years in specialty pharma or neurology/psych sales preferred.
• OR Master’s in science or related field with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Strong healthcare/regulatory knowledge and proven sales/launch success; cross-functional leadership.
• Proficient with business systems and BI tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and Veeva.

Responsibilities

• Drive product acceptance and growth via targeted education and account management; implement territory sales plans to meet objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, NPs, PAs, and other clinical staff; engage payers and pharmacies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons, and other internal teams; ensure compliant communications.
• Uphold ethical standards and FDA/compliance requirements in all activities.
• Maintain full field presence Monday–Friday with occasional evening/weekend events.
