Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills for short- and long-term goals.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and account leadership using data-based insights to maximize sales execution.
• Deliver messages clearly, probe needs, handle objections, and close calls with action.
• Build internal and external relationships aligning with customer needs and goals.
• Map market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Promote products in a compliant manner within regulatory guidelines.
