Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management and reimbursement with providers.
• Reimbursement or managed care knowledge including coding and prior authorizations.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams.
• Analyze data to address access barriers and improve patient support.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and education activities.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
• Integrate with internal departments (marketing, sales, PECS) for education and insights.
