Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharma/biologics/medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease and product training exams and be certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Must meet credentialing requirements of healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership using data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Selling: deliver clear messages, probe needs, handle objections and close with a commitment to action.
• Customer Development: build and maintain relationships aligned with customer needs and goals.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: validate market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to opportunities.
• Reimbursement: address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to Lundbeck policies and FDA regulations.
