Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Philadelphia seeks a field-based sales professional to promote Neurocrine products in a defined territory, build long-term relationships with physicians, and educate clinicians on product benefits.

You will drive market development, manage accounts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with FDA standards, maintaining a full field presence Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science + 4+ years pharma/biotech sales; specialty pharma/LTC desired.
• Or Master’s in science + 2+ years similar experience.
• Proficient with business systems and sales automation; strong PM and communication skills.
• Resident within territory; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Market Development: drive growth via education and account management; execute territory plans.
• Customer Relationship Management: build relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, and clinicians.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with marketing, payer strategies, and medical affairs.
• Professional Standards: uphold FDA guidelines and industry best practices; ensure compliance.
• Work Expectations: maintain full field presence Mon–Fri with some evenings/weekends as needed.
