Job summary

ITF Therapeutics seeks a Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to lead strategic account management for Duchenne therapy launches. The role covers a large territory including Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and McAllen, with cross-functional collaboration and high-level clinical presentations.

Responsibilities include engaging prescribers, leading account plans, and ensuring compliant promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in institutional pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales experience.
• High level of clinical acumen and ability to deliver data and science to customers.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams for synergistic results.
• Demonstrated consistent record of sales success.
• Proven ability to gain access and build relationships with KOLs and providers.
• Proficiency with PC and CRM tools (Microsoft Teams).

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and launch success within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers' multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead regular reviews of account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Utilize CRM to record activity and maintain prescriber profiles.
• Report territory market dynamics and competitive activity.
• Translate insights into actionable territory growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with promotional programs and budgets.
• Travel as needed to meet territory requirements.
