Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC seeks a Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to drive product adoption and launch success across a broad territory including Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and McAllen. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and translate insights into growth strategies.

The role requires 5+ years of institutional pharma/biotech sales, strong clinical acumen, and the ability to travel to meet prescribers and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in institutional pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to present data to customers.
• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven sales success and ability to build relationships with KOLs within institutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and launch success within assigned territory through presentations and in-services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers’ multidisciplinary teams within large institutions.
• Lead and coordinate regular account plan reviews to meet or exceed sales targets; record activity in CRM.
• Report territory-level market dynamics and competitive activity.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies for territory growth.
• Ensure adherence to promotional guidelines, budgets and compliance policies.
• Complete accurate activity and expense reports; participate in trainings and meetings.
• Travel as required to meet territory requirements and engage with prescribers.
