Job summary

NeuroCare in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive territory growth in our neuroscience portfolio. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, demonstrate products, and deliver physician detailing and patient education to support adoption and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and proven B2B pharmaceutical sales experience, with the ability to navigate large academic and integrated healthcare systems, engage multiple stakeholders, and manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Preferred: experience with complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders in large academic/integrated systems and multidisciplinary practices.
• Preferred: specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement & access stakeholder collaboration.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics.
• Preferred: new product launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers and regional/cross-functional teams.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
• Strategically manage/grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, driving differentiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively utilize promotional budget.
• Address market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to execute cohesive sales strategies.
• Maintain required call average (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
• Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for the assigned geography.
