• Experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow compliance guidelines to drive sales within the assigned territory by visiting healthcare offices and community centers, both in-person and virtually.
• Manage budgets to achieve territory objectives and tailor discussions to customer needs in a compliant, ethical way.
• Keep current on local market dynamics, practice structures, and key influencers; share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to resource allocation decisions and select appropriate programs for customers and systems.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan to achieve business objectives.
• Partner with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices and align on objectives.
• Maintain accurate administration of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, responses, and expense reporting.
• Build a detailed business plan based on customer needs, resources, and products.
• Complete all required company and job-related training within deadlines.
